1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrustOps Autopilot ("the Service"), operated by TrustOps SAS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TrustOps Autopilot is a SaaS platform that helps organizations automate security questionnaires using AI-assisted answer generation, a centralized answer library, and compliance document management.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- A 14-day free trial is offered for new workspaces.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of initial purchase.
5. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We process your content solely to provide the Service as described.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to suggest answers to security questionnaires. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring the accuracy of all answers before submission to third parties.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
